xdg-open doesn't use bl-file-manager

From this thread:

https://forums.bunsenlabs.org/viewtopic.php?id=3151

Although the `xdg-mime` command returns the correct response:

TheLab: ~ $ xdg-mime query default inode/directory
bl-file-manager.desktop

A subsequent call of:

xdg-open $HOME

Opens thunar rather than bl-file-manager.

Furthermore, `exo-preferred-applications` seems to list thunar rather than bl-file-manager.

Can we change this?

Sorry, I've been slow implementing the fix, but this topic has come up before:
https://forums.bunsenlabs.org/viewtopic … 917#p35917
I think it's pretty much pinned down, just needs adding to bunsen-configs.
(custom-FileManager.desktop in ~/.local/share/xfce4/helpers/ will be needed too.)
