In a search for more tiling goodness I tried to get pytyle3 working in a virtual install of bunsen (netinstall).
After satisfying dependencies of python-xpyb , xpybutil (https://github.com/BurntSushi/xpybutil) and running the setup install from the github download (https://github.com/BurntSushi/pytyle3), I'm stuck just after running pytyle3 with this:
Openbox window manager is running...
Could not bind Control-Mod1-f
Could not bind Control-Mod1-h
Could not bind Control-Mod1-q
I thought at first this was a clash with other keybinds, so I went looking for those in openbox's rc.xml and I could only find A-C-q (assuming A is synonymous with Mod1, C likewise with control). Can't find the others.
So, I disable the offending keybinds and try running again, this time no errors/warning, but none of the pytyle keybinds seem to do anything. So it's late and I'm a bit stumped.
I know some of our CB users have used pytyle in the past.
Has anyone else tried it in jessie/bunsen?

well with that out of the way,
you know that there's pytyle and pytyle2?
i have tried both, and i remember that only one of them was working properly. i think it was pytyle2. no complaints, it did what it said it would. mind, that was a while ago.
