@Nili thanks my friend.  To be honest I am enjoying Openbox a whole lot more than Gnome Shell.  I wish I had changed a whole lot earlier.

@PackRat, yes the bold xft monospace font is the best choice, thank you for reminding me smile

^ Almost agreed wink  It's darn great and easy on the eye, but still having devotion for (the now deprecated) droid sans mono. Anyway, bold monospace is usually the best option on a fresh system before tampering, tweaking and borking to taste.

Re: November 2016 Screenshots

^ "monspace" in this case is a system alias:

Puffy: ~ $ fc-match "Monospace"
DejaVuSansMono.ttf: "DejaVu Sans Mono" "Book"

Adjust to taste, ofc 8)

This will probably last until tomorrow ...

Saw the glasses on a plain black background and with a bit of GIMP magic I superimposed them on an OLD, but favourite background, by glittersloth...

Let's see we have Lemon and Lime, but what's that in the middle?
Looks like vodka or white rum ... or something.

Sure, I'll take credit for that. The font in the terminal is Source Code Pro; for the spectrwm status bar, goold ol' terminus.

Re: November 2016 Screenshots

Perhaps I read another post of yours through your post history, can't remember.
The point is that I like neofetch, it works great.
S11 hasn't been that lucky though...

Re: November 2016 Screenshots

My current setup, although I have not had a proper play around with the themes and I have just downloaded the openbox theme. All based on material design.
