I don't see any "main" Jessie repository in that list, where almost all the Debian packages live, including gdebi.
Is it possible that it was edited into jessie-backports?
The main repo is the first one in the example list in the wiki: https://wiki.debian.org/SourcesList

Use:
sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list <<<"deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free" && sudo apt update && sudo apt install gdebi
