esp. if it's the immediately preceding post, there's just no need.

it's an editor window, of course you can edit.

you don't even have to quote at all, you can just start writing your answer.

some social media software seems to assume or even require that you reply to someone, but here the idea is that you reply to the thread.

I will explore this further tonight. Does this also wrap text if the headline is longer, or does it cut off letters (my current situation with everything I've tried)? Thanks.

No it doesn't. Except for when conky itself truncates or reflows text.
