Re: Calendar Tint2 Panel

I can't reproduce this on my setup: single click opens, single click closes, double-click opens/closes it quickly.

gsimplecal should also close with Esc, Ctrl+w, or Ctrl+q, if it has focus. How have you been stopping it?

Re: Calendar Tint2 Panel

I have been rebooting. Ctrl+w and Ctrl+q close it, Esc will only close it if I grab focus twice, grab release grab.

yikes

Open a terminal, or the Run box (Alt+F2), and use

killall gsimplecal

Or run 'xkill', and click on the stubborn calendar with the "X" cursor.

(These methods work for most windows/applications/processes)

Re: Calendar Tint2 Panel

gsimplecal also has its own options.
please look at

man gsimplecal

please copy the default config to ~/.config/gsimplecal/config and start editing to your delight.
i'm thinking esp. of

close_on_unfocus = 1
