Make sure you enable jessie backports in your resources and install from there

It is extremely important that you keep that plugin up to date.
I recommend updating it daily, if possible.
You can do that yourself, as you have done this time.
Alternatively, you can use cron & anacron or you can use a systemd timer unit.

As Horizon_brave notes, using the package from the jessie-backports repositories is probably the best solution.

To update the Debian package, use:
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install

This package is updated near daily?? Gotta make sure the users of this know about the very very high turn around rate then..Does this put a burden on BunsenLab staff in updating repos as well?

No, I don't think so.
Better safe than sorry though, eh?
O:)
A simple ana/cron job or systemd timer unit to run `update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install` every day is very quick to set up.

Like Google Chrome, Slimjet uses an internal version of pepperflash. Now that Adobe offers a separate pepperflash download, Slimjet should be keeping it up to date for both 32 and 64 bit versions, so the OP's question is moot, as well as all the other posts in this thread...

Wow...another browser based on Chromium. I'll have to give it a look, sans the flash garbage.
Edit: Very nice looking site and the browser is pretty nice (using it to post this). @OP...thank you for the mention. I would have preferred the standalone version, but I kept getting errors when attempting to run flashpeak-slimjet from terminal for the first time to initialize the sandbox as suggested at the Slimjet site. I prefer standalone versions so I only have one instance of such apps that I can share between both my BL-Hydrogen and BL-Unstable (tracking Debian Unstable) instances.
For the benefit of others, the Pepperflash stuff is located under /opt/slimjet/PepperFlash, so just drop to terminal and type the following to remove it:
sudo rm -r /opt/slimjet/PepperFlash
