Oh boy. Can you live with all that yellow? It's the first thing I change in antiX. Drop my tar-owl remix fluxbox theme and start breathing again. LOL.

Re: October 2015 Screenshots

lowrider: those orangy themes make me feel warm and fuzzy everytime i install one of FB flavored distros (esp. Antix with its lemony wallpapers), though I scarcely use them for long.

Conkies keep floating around until they find their place.

Btw, i like your transparent obmenu // dmenu

Please, elaborate. Is that a compton setting or...

It's a solid color (#4D2025), color picked from the cat's backside.

Compton is disabled (together with black borders keeping the cartoon look).

I did both enable compton and edit compton.conf in my default (penguin) setup to match the drop shadow of menu/windows with the logo.  I simply used the same settings I applied in GIMP when making the wallpaper.

You can set menu transparency in compton.conf with

menu-opacity = <0 to 1.0>;

Re: October 2015 Screenshots

I recognize those buildings. smile I've been there before. Taito Game Station arcade, I went there to play Crimzon Clover when the NESiCA version was realesed. Comic Toranoana is worth visiting if you like doujins, but the best and the biggest store in is Nagoya. tongue

The building with the AKB48 sign is the don quijote building. 5th floor has a maid cafe and I have to say that it's one of the better ones out there. believe me, I've visited many maid cafes in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.

8th floor has AKB48 theater where they have live performaces.

^ Nice forum website you got there, mrneilypops. I'd download your distro and give it a whirl one day.

@ AL13N & damo. Thanks guys.

@ mrneilypops. Man, you always grab the right walls for your distrolettes. Always classy and darn beautiful... or maybe it's only we have similarly twisted visual tastes. LOL.

@Snap
Thanks!
I don't always get it right but I do spend quite a bit of time searching for my wall collection.

Is that the "Edge" browser (or whatever they're calling it)?

Nice looking desktop there.
