Hey guys,
I use gdisk for quickly partitioning systems. It's trivial to apt-get gdisk from the iso's environment to do disk partitioning but it is a small package - https://packages.debian.org/jessie/gdisk - and it would save some time in partitioning in the future.
Plus I'd like to write a howto with gdisk because it's the simplest way to partition, IMO.

gdisk
I would not recommend using the jessie version:
Please note that gdisk is still in beta version.

At any rate, BunsenLabs does not currently support UEFI booting and non-UEFI booting from a GPT disk is firmware dependent and may not work at all.
An MBR-style partition table is recommended for BunsenLabs.

Oh, yikes, didn't realize that about gdisk FWIW it's always worked for me.
If I write a quick mini howto I'll make sure to add that caveat to the install instructions.
