I have just (net)installed BunsenLabs after having a some UEFI problems. Whenever I boot to BunsenLabs, tint2 icons are "broken" the sound and wifi ones being the worst. If I manually restart compositing using the menu, everything fixes, so I've tried swapping tint2 and compton in the autostart file and restarting compton (bl-compositor --restart &) after everything, but none worked, icons are broken until I restart it manually.
Any help?

Try increasing the sleep times for the apps after the compositor is started, in autostart. Some people have reported quite long times being needed before starting sound.

I have managed to make it work by increasing the sleep time before restarting the compositer to 30 seconds. If anyone has the same problem, just add "(sleep 30; bl-compositor --restart) &" at the end of the autostart file.
Thanks

Good If you think the problem is sorted then edit the title of your first post and add "[SOLVED]"
NB Every installation will be on different hardware etc, so there won't be a single sleep value that works, although most of us seem to be happy with the default setup. I would increase the value by 2-3 secs a time until it works

By the way, changing the order of commands in autostart will have no effect, except for the "SETTINGS" section at the top. Everything else is launched in the background with a final "&", so they all go in parallel. Adding sleep is the only way to make some processes start after others.
