I'm having troubles getting a bluetooth keyboard to work with BL.
Keyboard: Logitech K810
I've already tried the following suggestions:
https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic. … 2&t=125166
+
http://blog.chschmid.com/?p=1537
bluez-agent-simple* = this can be found within the source package of bluez-5.40/test/simple-agent.py
*name changed over time
So, I do see that the PIN from the terminal is a 6-digit number.
The PIN from bluetooth-manager shows only 4-digits.
It is also possible to get it paired entering the 6-digit number; BUT the Keyboard LED's are still blinking like hell - so it is not connected/paired in a correct way ... I've tried it several times; either it doesn't pair at all or it's just showing that it's paired - but in fact it's not.
Only the dump receives the input from the keyboard; so the keyboard is not broken.
(trusted connection = yes)
PS: connecting the KB via USB doesn't help a thing... it shows up within the usb device list; but it's not usable - no input possible.
Any idea how to fix this?
thx

I tried to research some websites yesterday regarding the Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 and possibles were:
1.) Set all (3) Bluetooth Keys all at same time, was one possible solution,
2.) Uninstall all the Bt controllers, update the Bt drivers on your computer and then reinstall the Bt controllers, was the other possible solution.
But a (logitech) Community News & Announcement blog says: Supported OS: Windows 7, RT , 8 and 10; Android 3.0+: iOS 4.0+.
Another article said there was USB 3.0 interference problems that affect the Bluetooth (that links other devices).

@Head_on_a_Stick : ... how is about USB? Any chance to get this working without bluetooth - but connected to usb? If not I have to by another keyboard ;/

how is about USB?
Let's see:
Open up a terminal window and run this command:
udevadm monitor
Then plug in the keyboard and post any new terminal output that appears.
Please also post the output of:
lsusb
Please use code tags when posting terminal output.

thanks, but both commands don't recognize the K810
udevadm monitor
this command gives no output; blinking LED's
lsusb
the K810 doesn't show up, blinking LED's
Also tried resetting it with Esc+o,Esc+o,Esc+b = without any real result; beside blinking two times...

You could try a newer kernel:
