System Recovery

hello there. I installed cisco packet tracer and my home folder include 0 files.my config files and directories evanesce by packet tracer.as a result i want to do system recovery on my bunsenlabs. thnx for helps..

did you install bunsenlabs to your hard drive? there should be some files.
please open a terminal and enter

I've used packet tracer, it's a Cisco CCENT/CCNA networking simulator. It allows you to create router/switch emulators and help practice for the  exams. I've used it on windows. It's akin to something like GNS3, if you're familiar with that.

I could be wrong, but i don't think packettracer is available in the main debian repos. Also, atleast in windows, it definitely requires java to work and be running.

Understood, but does the thread you posted, have anything to do with OP's problem?  OP seems to have something up with his  ~  directory..
