My problem started after last upgrade. I couldnt login, all attempt to login via login screen would return me back to this same login window. I pressed alt-ctrl-f1 to get to console and after loging in there I started gui with startx however, after following wrong advise I removed Openbox folder from .config and don't know how to make everything look default. Still cannot pass by login dialogue.

The login problem is probably because you didn't accept the package maintainer's update when asked. The fix for lightdm login is here.
Default user configs are in '/usr/share/bunsen/skel'.
@johnraff may correct me here, but IIRC if you delete '~/.config/bunsen/bl-setup' then the user configs will automatically be set up next time you start the session.

Excellent! Thank you, restored everything except for wallpapers, but now those are also on place.

Thank you but I still have issue which I dont know if it needs to be in different thread but here it is: I use iceweasel as defauld browser and after this last upgrade flash player stopped working in browser. I see error message 'failed to load "libpepflashplayer.se"' and the long list of pathes. Do I need to do something special to make pepperflash plugin work on iceweasel?

Help -> Debian -> Debian Wiki : https://wiki.debian.org/FlashPlayer
Purge the pepperflash packages first, before installing.
