Help me find these themes!

I found this screen shot on the homepage, by user fallldown on the forum. I would like to no what combination of concky themes and desktop and app bar he is using, bc it looks amazing

The conky is a WIP, so we are all waiting for the final product ourselves!

the icons at the bottom are Aw0ken, i think.

the rest is conky, and it has been seen on the "show us your conky" thread.
