What to do after installing Bunsenlabs?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some tutorial on what to do after installing BL.

For example, changed the resolv.conf to make my connection faster but it still slow. The change i made was putting nameserver 4.4.4.4 and nameserver 8.8.8.8

Other things:

How to install plugin in browser to see flash stuff?

In facebook, videos are lagging - how to fix?

How to change my keyboard from en-us to my language (Brazil - pt-br)?

Do i need to do some update after installing?

Does anyone already make a to do list here?

Regards

1) The `bl-welcome` script, which runs after installation, offers to install flashplugin. It will also update/upgrade first. You can re-run it anytime with the command `bl-welcome`.

2) How old is your hardware? Do you have many browser tabs open?

Also, please note that many common questions like these have been answered before, so it is always worth searching the forums
first wink

Everyone's installation requirements are different, so there is little point in having a "To Do" tutorial. The devs are trying hard to minimize anything that needs to be done, which is why the bl-welcome script is as comprehensive as possible. This helps to keep the iso size down, but you need to be aware that some manual configuration may be needed for your personal needs.

`bl-welcome` script and drivers should be a good start!
also i install heroes of newerth (game) and tweak conky, other than that i think BL is great out of the box <3
