Good to know that even in a fullbloated environment like gnome3 on fedora it is possible to use the terminal to do basic things like listening to music or making a screenshot. ]:D

Indeed; MOC is my favorite music player, bar none.  Theme it right and it can even be easy on the eyes.

The servant lifted off a kind of ottoman a long peacock-blue drapery, rather of the nature of a domino, on the front of which was emblazoned a large golden sun, and which was splashed here and there with flaming stars and crescents. “You’re to be dressed as Thursday, sir,” said the valet somewhat affably.

@HoaS.

What a cool bike. That's a serious wall.

881 MB RAM? You are running stuff not showing in the scrot, don't you?

^ Yes, I have Firefox open in tag 1 with about a million tabs big_smile

That desktop boots to ~135MiB with nothing running.

I can get it below 100MiB by disabling the volatile journalctl storage but it's not worth it.

Re: January 2016 Screenshots

^ It's the new 2016 MV Augusta Brutale 800, designed by Adrian Morton.

See http://www.mvagusta.com/en-gb/

The design is utterly sublime but unfortunately thanks to the Euro4 emissions regulations, it's 9bhp down and 5kg up on the old model sad

Having said that, 116bhp & 175kg isn't too shabby big_smile

EDIT: Full race exhaust system would fix that ]:D

BTW, you appear to have used an old ISO image, you should `dist-upgrade` to the latest version wink

Just installed BL to a USB stick:

Fighting bloat is bloat. Embrace the bloat. It's much easier to put Debian on a diet than it is to fatten her up.

I've posted it before, a desktop under 100 MB? No problem. Open terminator, you're at 130. Keep it running for a day, it might go to 260. Counter-intuitively, open something that sucks up RAM and when you close it you might be back at 138.

@rooster, I always dig it when you post. Ol' Skool' Warz FTW.

Have you seen white-hair Lucas footage? He is a douche. I'd much rather be the guy next to the skinny woman twenty years younger and spending my weekends crashing helicopters. Go Han.

I also usually run Firefox with greater than 30-40 tabs open at once, have you tried tree-style tabs and unload tabs? Tree-style is a must since the tab groups functionality is being removed in Firefox 45, and unload tabs saves on ram and CPU which stops Firefox from chowing my battery life from whatever is open in my million tabs. After 1 minute they're loaded into a cache and reloaded from that cache when I click on them.
