Moving My sid Threads to BL & General

I'm starting to reorganize the forums, it's challenging! One thing I can do without discussion is move my own threads. I've already moved one about packaging niri and xwayland-satellite and one about building mangowm, I'm also moving the Noctalia thread there, and creating a new walkthrough for a minimal labwc session.

I'm not leaving "Moved to..." links here becaause that justs adds more clutter, this post will naturally fall to the bottom as it becomes irrelevant.

Agreed, but I think we should leave Wayland, experimenting with other compositors and Quickshell stuff out of Tutorials for now. BL is still xorg. Plus these walkthroughs need discussion, they're not ready. Leave them at the bottom of the forum while we reign in this top half.
