Polybar for the panel since tint2 has finally broken on Void.
Is the tint2 package just out of date on Void? Or something else?

It was something else. The tint2rc files got corrupted during backup/copy. Just reconfigured tint2rc from scratch and it's working now:\

Didn't think I'd ever return to Plasma after N.Preining's 'departure'. But, this ISO on this laptop convinced me to install it. 
The design and effects are great.

^ I loved my last time with it. Needs 12G ram to run right, IMO, which isn't a lot unless you only have 4.
