Bunsenlabs Beginner

Greetings all -

I may be new to Bunsenlabs, but I've been a Linux user for over 20 years, mostly Ubuntu and over the last 10 years using Lubuntu. I had an old Dell Optiplex that was no longer fully functional using Lubuntu so I was looking for something even more lightweight and stumbled upon Bunsenlabs.  While I was unsuccessful in keeping that old Optiplex going for daily use, I decided to stick with the OS and use it to run my HTPC.

I decided to join the forum in the hopes of finding more information and tips on how to further customize my installation.

Thanks for keeping this lightweight Linux distro going.

Correct. Though I've also been known to occasionally listen to classical (no opera!) and big band jazz.

There's a few metal heads around here, self included but I have been known to tart around with punk, hard rock and even prog!

#!/bin/sh
echo '#include <stdio.h>\nvoid main() { printf("Hi, bunsenlabs\\n"); return; }' > bunsen.c
gcc bunsen.c -o bunsen

Well, lay a question on us. We can always split it to it's own thread.

I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?
