Let's talk about OSS,
erm no thanks I dont want to get roasted for being a man
I’ve got this horrible feeling that if there is such a thing as reincarnation, knowing my luck, I’ll come back as me!

I'm still over the hill...

People tell me I'm over the hill now I have hit 70, but they are wrong, aren't they?

Yes. I got a "smart watch". It is kind of stupid but I I liked this: it told me that my fitness age is 36.
If it keeps telling me stories like this I might continue using it.
{Linux-using people I haven't met are friends yet to be made.}

If not over, definitely on the top.
Enjoy the view.

@trilobite: I find smart watches (and phones) far too over-determined, and my smart watch sits looking pretty and unloved on a spare bit of table space. I tried giving it way, but no one wanted it
@Sector11: Yep, the view is fine, and has been getting better for some years now.

I don't have a smart watch and don't want one. Just want to keep my 26 year old Casio, on the left, it's an old friend now. After the third rubber Casio band broke I had the shop put a metal band on it. Just recently, after 20 years, it broke so he put another metal band on it.
I wanted one with a face like the one on the right but was told they don't exist! Well, maybe 26 years a go they were "rare" and very expensive but they did exist. Seems to be more of them out there now but I've grown attached to mine now.

I'm on the down slope now but I remember the view. Cataract surgery a year ago so the view is fine.

I did not want a smart watch either, but it came with the phone I purchased. I gave it a go, but hated it.
I haven't had a watch I really like since the Certina automatic I purchased in the early 70s became unrepairable some 40 years after I got it. The watchmaker was very apologetic but he couldn't get the parts after months of trying. I just wear a cheapish Australian made watch now. It's not bad, but it's not what I really wanted.
I do like the face of the Casio you have, and I know my eldest son would want one of either type of face.
As long as you are enjoying the downward slope. Both of my parents did, so I know it is possible, and I plan on enjoying it myself.

I got tired of having my left shirt sleeve cuff worn away by the watch, so now I just don't wear one. It's pretty easy to find what time it is these days if you need to know.

My shirt sleeves all cover my watch. I wear it out of habit now.
Not really needed anymore since we all carry a "we know where you are and what you're dong and who you're talking to " mini spy now that comes with a phone and a clock. ![]()
