IBus Preferences -> Input Method: order of Input Methods
After adding a few Input Methods, I tried to change the order. I can drag an item but that doesn't change its position.
(I returns to its original position after the drag)
BTW: what is :
"The active input method can be switched around from the selected ones in the above list by pressing the keyboard shortcut keys or clicking the panel icon"
supposed to mean?
What are the 'keyboard shortcut keys' ? What panel icon?
I tried several modifier keys such as ctrl, super (gui,window or whatever you call it), alt, shift and a combination of those.
I also tried the arrow keys (with and without modifier keys).
Any suggestions?

OK The list is always sorted alphabetically and the order in which the input methods can be selected depends on their use.
Still it doesn't explain the phrase underneath the list
("The active input method can be switched around from the selected ones in the above list by pressing the keyboard shortcut keys or clicking the panel icon")
Is this how it used to work? I.e. someone forgot to update this info?
BTW: I'm using Bunsenlabs boron.

There is some problem with selecting an input method (with super-space). It works as expected with a text editor, but if I want to change the input method to enter my password in Synaptic, I have to select not the input method that I want but the one next in the list. Any idea why?
BTW: the list on the right hand side of the screen with all the shortcut keys is very useful...
But if I want the Main Menu I have to use the right mouse button instead of the <super> key.
Why is it still listed in the 'SHORTCUT KEYS' if it doesn't work?

IBUS is not part of BunsenLabs, so nobody here is responsible for keeping the docs up to date.
I'd like to offer some help but I'm using fcitx as my IME for Japanese input.
However, IBUS is popular so maybe somebody will be able to help...
