Jgmenu Stuck On Boron-Moss OB Theme

I can't get it to change to either the OB theme I'm currently using (Breeze) or the GTK theme (also Breeze); even if I edit the settings,

jgmenu usually switches theme automatically, so I don't know what's happening here.
Have you tried either of the items here?
Menu > User Settings > jgmenu > Sync theme...

It finally changed when I switched from Breeze-ob to Bunsen Blackish Remix.   I  don't think it likes Breeze
