Adding Flatpak Apps To Autostart File [SOLVED]

I know it has something to do with finding the web address of the app, but I'll be {redacted} if I can actually find the guide I followed last time anywhere .

The reason I'm asking is because I did a full reinstall of Boron yesterday.  I backed up most of my home directory (including .config) but it seems that the autostart file that got backed up was an older one that didn't include any flatpak apps.  So now I have to add them all again, but the instructions I followed last time seem to have vanished from the internet.  So I'm totally stuck.

I am NOT going to make .desktop files
