Who'd've thunk that a Slackware-current running labwc/sfwbar/yaru-bark-dark(gtk+icons) would actually work with a blue background? Not me
Last for 06/25
I lied. Somewhat looks better sans yaru icons adding ours. Also about 'last'. I bite my poking out tongue! Oh, and does so is fastfetch
in both cases of icons.

^ Looking very good, resource wise and in general. I'll take that wall link, please! Moody.
What's the terminal? There's not a terminal called Console (not Konsole), is there?
You'll need to do a reverse image search for the original.
That's gnome console - https://apps.gnome.org/Console/

Switched it over to Debian and upgraded to Sid. Wanted to get a look at non-flatpak OnlyOffice:
OnlyOffice is pretty smooth. Opened the basic docx and xlxs files no problem. Memory use is good (Firefox open on the other desktop)

^ Sweet. RE: gnome-console, I hadn't heard of it. gnome-terminal was brought in on trixie by default. Seems to be completely stripped down, no man or --help pages even.

@chroot, very cool. Waybar for the panel? niri looks very interesting...

^ Gnome Console is pretty good if a user only needs the terminal for basic commands like running the package manager. Probably falls a little short for CLI warriors.
Gnome was burning up he CPU so had to make a change. Started from scratch installing Debian with Xfce4 -
currently in the process of upgrading to Sid.
Have to come up with a plan for the Desktop that currently dual boots Windows 10 and Void. My wife is the primary user, but doesn't need that computer for work anymore so no more QA/QC to deal with. Xfce4 with OnlyOffice may be a good fit. Seems to be able to access her old documents. More importantly, I may be able to get her using Xfce4 without a lot of hassle.
