Screen flicker boron os

The screen is flickering constantly happened after a crash. would appreciate some help.

Boots fine no flicker from a live image
Software up to date
Gonna have to try updating grub configs - in progress

I have a show to produce gonna have to distro hop, very nice operating system gave me crunchbang vibes.
