How do I turn off automatic screen lock?

Hi, I haven't been here for a long time.
I take this opportunity to compliment your Boron, I really like the graphics.

I have to ask something that seems trivial but I haven't been able to solve it and I don't want to waste any more time.
When the PC is turned on and is not used for a certain number of minutes, the screen lock is activated.
However, it is not only the screen lock, but it actually exits the user session, closing all the applications started.
In the menu I found this: System settings\Login interface\Misc.
I moved "Tiemout until the screen blanks" to zero but nothing changed.
I tried to take a look at the configuration files but I just can't find a way to change this behavior.
The screen lock might also be fine for me but the fact that it exits the session is not and in any case I would like to be able to decide whether to activate this function or not, so I ask you to explain to me how to proceed to change this behavior.
Thanks in advance for the answers.

Re: How do I turn off automatic screen lock?

Thanks marens, I looked at that thread and now I no longer have the session exit, but I also no longer have the screen lock.
It should be possible to have the screen lock without necessarily exiting the session.
I'm talking about the screen lock not the screen saver, that works.
Last request: instead of the graphical interfaces, can I make these changes from the configuration files? If so, which ones and where?
Thanks again.

Re: How do I turn off automatic screen lock?

Have you tried:
'User Settings/Power Management/Security/Automatically lock the session -> Never'

I used Xubuntu (XFCE) a long time ago and if I remember correctly in the Security tab at the bottom there is a Screen Lock (or similar)  option that needs to be unchecked (disabled).

Sorry.
It's been a while since I used XFCE.
Browse all tabs in Power Settings.
Only automatic locking  should be turned off.

The keyboard shortcut still works.

It's probably possible and I think you'll find the answer on the XFCE forum:
