Cannot install

Hello, I am having trouble installing on the step "Detect and mount installation support" I get the message "Failed to mount installation media. When installing from laserdisk this could mean disc is not in the drive. If so, you can insert the disc and start again".

Should I try inserting the installation media again?" I selected yes and continued to be blocked. Does anyone else have the same problem as me? Thanks.

What is your install medium? USB Drive? And how did you create it?
First guess is to redo your install medium.

Oops, you re right @r.chaffer53. Also as you stated above I would download another iso, & burn it or install it from a USB Key, & I would also check the SHA256 sum as well as I rarely do ! lol

@hector9, lets start from the beginning. How did you download bl? Was it a direct download (by way of a browser) or did you download via Torrent?
