^ Congrats?
I discovered mpvpaper, which lets you set mpv as your wallpaper on Wayland. You can also do options, like "no-sound --loop". So in my autostart i can put something like...
mpvpaper '*' -o "loop" ~/Videos/leaves.webm &
... and have a loop as a live wallpaper...

Give me a few minutes, I'll post a YT link. It's a silly gimmick (makes my fan run constantly at low speed because the GPU is being used) but it looks cool and only uses a little RAM, about 250Mb on my laptop.

mpvpaper and hyprlock (lock screen) in a hyprland session...
-edit- Ha, fan just cut out, so not running constantly! Started again ten seconds later after starting Firefox, though. But at idle, it's runs the fan just a bit more often than running a static wall.

Debian-Hyprland
I don't have to worry about anything except apt full-upgrade.
The 103 wallpapers change automatically. Also the waybar, with 22 layouts (top, bottom, left, right, top and left, bottom and right...) and 28 styles there is something for every taste.
Great work by @JaKooLit, I like it very much!

@unklar, is waybar tray working for you? I'm having no luck with it.
Nice gradient border, by the way!

Yes, it just works.
The values of the computer are displayed correctly in the various styles.
Yesterday I installed keepassxc-full. I wanted the lock symbol to appear in the tray (white) = ok. When I close keepassxc, the key with the lock appears.
The 'gradient borders' change according to the wallpaper theme.
Thank you!
Amazing. I had read a long time ago that fabulous things were possible with hyprland..., and, now I'm experiencing it.

^ Thanks, I'll give JaKoolIt's dotfiles a go. Not a fan of that username, though.

I solved the Nvidia issue by swapping it out with an RX 5700 XT Performing very nicely.

Well we are in modern times
@altman, it is nice. Not as good as my Nvidia, but it works with no effort on Linux.
