Also note that the "graphical" logo is not made by me, it's an official BL SVG. But I believe you already knew that, it's probably made by either you or @johnraff, right?
No, the original logo and text placement was created by forum member @ututo. If I remember correctly, the fonts ututo used are Open Sans regular and light...

Aha! Anyways, I used the logo that they made*, and Cantarell regular and light fonts
*Logo found in the image /usr/share/images/bunsen/wallpapers/BL-Lithium-logo-only.png. I then extracted the logo using Gimp. The reason why I didn't use the other similar wallpaper, BL-Lithium.png, was that that I wasn't able to extract the font with high enough resolution to my liking, and I thought that Cantarell had a similar style. I hope you guys are fine with that, should you choose to include the wallpaper in the repos=)

hhh wrote:^ That's the stuff! @johnraff, add that to bunsen-images?
Why not indeed.
@kols what license is it under?
So, I've deleted the imgur link (and will update the forum post with the correct download/preview link), and this is the new one
https://www.deviantart.com/kols/art/Bun … 1020437932
It is now licensed under Creative Commons, and I've allowed commercial use. This should mean that if you choose to include this wallpaper in the repos, you have my permission to do so, and per the agreements of CC, can include it in this "commercial" product.
Let me know if there's anything more you need=)

I like that you credited the logo to @ututo. Nice work.

Man, that's an awesome wallpaper!
Yeah, the bunsenlabs isotype (flame) was made entirely using inkscape and the fonts in the original logotype are Opensans medium and light.
PS. I'm not user 'ututo' in deviantart but @nixiepro
BTW, 'ututo' means 'gecko' (homonota horrida), which is the name of a cute little lizard in my country.

^ Very cool. Re-uploaded so it's available longer than a week, hopefully...
IBB asked for how long it'd be available... So I left it at 1 week. Might be good to place it in a more appropriate place, like the BunsenLabs area. ;-)
Have some other curly whirly stuff I've posted there as well, so it might be there indefinitely.

@RuudKuin, if you want to make your work more permanently available, I'd recommend creating a DeviantArt account. Here's the BL Wallpaper link...

Hi hhh,
It'll be on a very low rate (not as frequent as you might like...), so feel free to download the available images of that IBB URL and upload these to the BunsenLabs wallpaper area.

Wow! Looks great and that's a great looking conky. Yeah, guess could lighten "bunsen" up a bit.
I just checked the image using a different monitor and my phone. The "bunsen" does appear to be really dark. I guess the monitor I was using shows the image a little brighter in comparison. Just use gimp or other graphic editor and adjust brightness to your liking.

Just a note that I significantly updated mkwallpaper today at github complete with manuals. Much easier to type
man mkwallpaper
for readability than to use the -h option.
There are breaking changes from the old version(s) and there may be more later on. Check the commit log for new features and changes.
Take a look at the included script mkwalldemo.sh (also has a manpage but mainly for debian compatibility) for ideas on scripting. If you have a great idea I'm thinking of adding a contrib directory for the best scripts. Let your imagination and shell skills go wild!
