Help to whitelist not use a global shortcut in a certain application

Good day, I'm trying to use virtualbox (linux host: bunsenlabs, and linux guest: debian) but when I press the ALT key the keyboard is passed to bunslabs (this is that I want to use ALT+resize/move inside the guest) Is there a way to disable this shortcut in bunselabs but ONLY for virtualbox ?

Thank you in advance for your help

P.S.
I tried searching for a solution but I was not able to find an answer

When I use a virtual machine (qemu+kvm, not virtualbox), linux on linux, the same thing happens. Some keyboard combinations are not passed on to the VM. Virt-manager (the qemu GUI) is able to pass on certain key combinations to the guest from its menu, maybe Virtualbox has something similar.

Re: Help to whitelist not use a global shortcut in a certain application

Sounds like using a laptop keyboard as a midi controller... some key combos don't work because of the engineering shortcuts taken for the keyboard itself. I can play certain five note chords on my virtual piano but not others, it's how the keyboard outputs are wired, or something.

I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?
