Boron - Vertical panel and wide conky

I hoped they would grow on me, but I don't think it works well.  Just a personal opinion.  I'm sure some people will love it. I tried a thinner conky on the left and a 60% horizontal panel at the top, with the rounded look and the two buttons and it seemed much more balanced.

Only thing I couldn't figure out was how to display the icons for running apps at the right size.  When I changed to the horizontal panel, the icons became very tiny.

since you changed the height of the horizontal panel from 58 to something significantly smaller, then you need to change the task_maximum_size and task_padding values too.
For instance, if you apply a panel height of 36, then you could set following:

panel_size = 60% 36
task_maximum_size = 36 36
task_padding = 3 3 1

Adjust to your own preferences

Yes, thank you. Will keep this in mind for some fine adjustments further down the road.
