Language sélection with WINE

Hi everyone!

I installed Rollercoaster Tycoon Classic using WINE, and everything went well except for one detail:
During the installation, I selected the "French" option for the game's language.
At the end of the installation, the game launches in French.
However, when I close the game and reopen it with WINE via the .exe in the folder where the game was installed, it starts in English, and there's no option to change the language (the option just isn't there).

Any idea or magical command that could kindly tell the game, "You were installed in French, so launch yourself in French, you little fool!" please?

The magical comand is :

wine RCTClassic.exe -french
