Boron-light-aqua, the current default theme for Boron, has been updated to remove the .xsession-errors warnings. Please check it out and report any issues...

You've got it 
Boron-light-aqua no longer throws those GTK warnings.
Unless you feel like updating all the other Boron themes, it could be time to trim down to just the default Boron and Boron-light-aqua?
In fact the whole bunsen-themes package could perhaps be cleared down a bit? Many people using Softwaves for example?
