Issue with an external HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GT10N

Hi everybody,

I succesfully install BunsenLabs GNU/Linux 11 (Beryllium) on my Acer Aspire One D255 but I'm having some issues that I describe here.

I have an external usb CD/DVD player that cant mount.

user@acer:~$ sudo mount /dev/sr0 /media/cdrom/
mount: /media/cdrom: no medium found on /dev/sr0.

Any help will be apreciated.

Some outputs from my machine.

And you have inserted a working disc (readable on other pc)?
Have you tried to connect the drive with an Y-usb cable, to provide more power?
Have you tried the drive on another pc?

I plugged in another drive of the same hardware, and the new drive works great.

Ths is embarrassing.

Very thanks for remember me to do the basic.
