Fairly thorough - and approving - review, written when Lithium came out in May 2021:

Searching BunsenLabs Beryllium is starting to bring up hits.
Here's a 1 1/2 hr review in Spanish:

The English Wiki page hasn't been updated yet, but someone in Germany is on it...
No, he can't sleep on the floor. What do you think I'm yelling for?!!!

^There is no English BunsenLabs page. The one there used to be was taken down by an editor on the grounds that a niche distrolette like BL didn't merit its own page. I tried to ressurect it but as a project member I have to declare an interest etc which made it hard.
Right now there's a corner of the "CrunchBang" page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CrunchBan … BunsenLabs
which could use updating, at least.
It would be great if a user with no direct connection to the project (beyond using BL) could have a look.

Youtube has had some recent Beryllium reviews:
(likes the theme - kudos to @sleekmason!)

(Japanese)

And, the newest review (date 2023-03-11) on Distrowatch makes some quite unfair criticisms:
https://distrowatch.com/dwres.php?resou … bunsenlabs
Some of what he says is just plain wrong.

I wish they had bothered to check the forum and find Boron, oh well.

On the website is there a section below about BunsenLabs 'Reviews and press'. Most recent listing is from June 2020. Would be good if that could be updated a bit. Gives the impression no one is talking about BunsenLabs.
Found this;
https://www.techradar.com/news/best-lig … nux-distro
'Best lightweight Linux distro of 2024'
A top 11. BunsenLabs is 3th.
Not bad.
'REASONS TO AVOID -Lengthy installation process'
Maybe the mean the optional post installation script. I find that just a big +
I am actually surprised in there is no complaining about that it is based on a older Debian release. - Yes, Boron will be released very soon but is not released yet so the used the current version.

That might be asking too much. Journalists have their job to do.
Boron should be out very soon, but this goes to show why the Official Release is more important than experimental isos on the forum...
But it seemed a fair review.
Bodhi Linux also looked interesting - faster boot than BL and lower RAM usage, while being Ubuntu based.

That's a good idea! Does anyone have 2~3 suggested recent reviews from this page that we could link on the website?

Not bad indeed - BL was the "BEST FOR DEBIAN".
I don't know why everyone seems to think crunchbang++ has been discontinued though - the website, reddit and github are all active.

I would keep bunsenlabs “Boron” edition at the same level of/(as) Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE), in terms of performance and looks.

^^That's very nice (referring to @hhh's post). Candidate for the list on the website front page?
Take a bow @hhh, Boron seems to be getting a lot of compliments on its appearance.
