suggestion tweaking app

Bunsenlabs would need a tweak app which could be like adminstrative tools on windows.

Reason to help beginners to setup important features.

Options could be:

1.Fix screen tearing in xorg check which graphics card is used and change the config file.
Many new users leave linux because of screen tearing. It does not look right they think there is no hardware scceleration.
2.Synaptic error resolver. There are times when synaptic claims its running and wont start but its not running at all.Need to remove lock files manually.
3.Option to switch off the built in blanking screen saver.
4. Option to switch off usb power saving for 1 year i tought my usb hard drive is broken because of this feature.
5. Option to be able to change default window manager, selection from list which one.
6.Automated install fonts needed for every day work I could not find for hours which font contains the ballot box with tick for a pdf form.
7.Switch On/off screen mirroring to second monitor
8. Change between wide screen and normal monitor mode.

It would be also very usefull
To list some utility software
and offer to install if its not
present.
1. grub-customizer for startup items
2. system profiler list system devices
3.Default applications for LXSession
autostart item editor
4.Stacer for disabling startup daemons
5.gnome-disk for editing
fstab

Maybe there is something like this out there already on Github i would be not surprised.
