^ @shortarcflyer I hope it works!
The forum site for lilidog.org may be down for a day or two. Sorry for the inconvenience while I get things sorted out with the server.
Not a problem. I will let you know either way.

New release 22.08.11 https://sourceforge.net/projects/lilidog/
Added a light/dark toggle to both the tint2 panel and keybinds. When pressed, the new button will switch your theme setup to a predetermined light theme, currently based on "Glacier", and then on second press return to whatever theme you were using before.
The "Middle-Click" action of the button will switch you to another custom theme. This toggle is currently set to Adwaita, with Dark-Drow for both Geany and the Openbox theme, and Dragon for the terminal theme. In any event, clicking the button a second time will return you to your prior theme.
The keybinds for these same two toggles are now super + y, (light/dark toggle) and super + u (custom toggle).
Ultimately both toggles are "custom" and can be adjusted however you wish. Look in the menu under configuration for Custom Toggles to adjust the settings.
*Note - If you combine presses between the two toggles, you will of course wind up with a strange action. This is of no consequence. If so, just go to auto themes and select your previous theme.
Changed the dkwm installer to use curl to get the build folder from github, removing the need to have git installed.
Added a cheat sheet for the Openbox keybinds. Use super + l to access, or look in ~/.config/openbox for the cheatsheet.txt file.
Speaking of cheat, I had added the necessary script but then did not have it quite correct. So, if you would like to try cheat, which will give you a full list of hints about most terminal commands, then just install git:
sudo apt update && sudo apt install gitand then open a terminal and type:
cheatYou will be presented with an option to download the cheat files. Select yes, and when finished, try 'cheat apt' or just 'cheat' again and will be presented with quite a list of things to explore.

For the lilidog forum I am making some headway. Hopefully I will have a usable site here in another day or two, and then setting up the forum itself. I may not bother trying to transfer anything between the two as there haven't been but a post or two.
And yes! I am hoping to use flarum:) Looks entirely doable at the moment.
* Edit - I have deleted the old forum as I was not able to transfer it. Work in progress.

Nice touch.
First impression of the light theme is good.

The lilidog forum is now up and running, and should be stable:)

I had to delete the prior forum and start from scratch. I'm super sorry about that to the people that signed up already. I really hope you will sign up again. I now have full backups so everything should be good to go.
@johnraff I went with 20i for the hosting. They have servers in Great Britain and Dallas Texas USA. Their support was exceptional.
For flarum, It was easy enough to get set up. And afterwards, no real problem getting extensions and the like.
There are a ton of things you can do with Flarum, though the appearance seems somewhat regulated. This may not hold true with a better knowledge base than I have. I think everything can be customized if you have the experience. I'll try to tackle this soon.
If interested in Flarum, I would recommend grabbing 'freeflarum' first to see if it would provide what is required and to get a feel for the extensions. Everything is exactly the same. I see now that doing this first, for me, was a must. Things happen for a reason I guess.
Installing extensions after a 'real' install is remarkably easy through composer, needing only a small 'copy and paste' line through ssh in a terminal to install one.

Alright...signed up again ![]()
Maybe see if there are any GDPR extensions or mods for Flarum as GDPR is big in the EU.

I finally got it installed by bypassing the network config by not choosing a network to configure. After I had it installed, the network hooked up to my wired intenet but since it was not configured in the install, I had no repos to update and install from except the cd info. I searched and dug on the internet until I found the repos used and then added them in. I was then able to update and upgrade and install packages. Whoo Hoo, its alive! I am still playing with it and adjusting things to my liking and learning new things along the way. By the way, I used the 22.07.04-amd64.hybrid.iso to install from since I liked the Cobalt theme and the "Ice Bulbs" wallpaper. Will continue to play with it more and more!

Awesome! So glad you figured out a way to make it work. Sorry it did not pickup automatically. I will add cobalt back into the list:)

@shortarcflyer You can use the latest build and install cobalt from the installers if you want, though not necessary at all:)
I provided a download for the removed themes under "Graphics" in the installers. Adjusting the script to use cobalt is easy and I can walk you through it if you would like.
I think I need to somehow adjust the yad dialog to provide two columns, and just put them all in or something.

Lilidog is GDPR Complient per Cookiebot https://www.cookiebot.com/ I had a test performed on the site.
Cookiebot cleared lilidog of both GDPR categories listed, but showed cookies in use. As far as I can tell, the cookies are just for the webserver.
I went ahead and added an ePR consent on first login, so users have to consent about cookie use to remove the annoying message. My understanding is the the cookie consent may satisfy that requirement? If so, then were are certainly good to go:)

Cool...I am in the USA, but hopefully the EU folks here can chime in on that.

Apparently, maybe just one cookie? for the webserver itself. No worries I suppose.
*edit - Just noticed the test specifically stated the requirement for the message, so should be good to go:)

The new Lilidog forum is up and running and should be good to go.

Not all the topics will appear to guests. Still adjusting these. We deserve a bit of privacy as members concerning important matters of state:)

Please let me know of any categories you might like to see.
Maybe want a topic about <insert-super-cool-topic-here>? sure, Probably? why not.
Vote in the polls! I will periodically be asking questions about both the forum and Lilidog, and the answers will help shape user experience.
This is a community effort. Your input is valuable.
If you Sign up, Please consider posting somewhere on the forum. People accessing the forum from Github and Sourceforge for the first time need to see more than just my copy and paste starter posts.
I suppose this also means in general, to ask your Lilidog related questions on the Lilidog forum from now on, though of course I will answer here if asked a question. Thank you all:)
