OpenBox Keep on top window

I've tried looking online but I can't seem to find a way to keep on top a window with OpenBox, does anybody know?

Easiest:

Alt+Space, gives you a menu for active window.
Choose Choos layer => Always on top

Also: right mouse click on title bar gives you the same menu.
