Re: February 2022 Screenshots

^ Just installed these, and they are nice indeed.  I like the extra height.  Seems a bit easier on the eyes. Thank you for posting!

^Very beautiful colors. Thanks for sharing this.

One question, is the KDE already with Plasma5.24 ?
In Debian(siduction), with Norbert Preining's repo's, the desktop changed to plasma5.24. That was about 14 days ago. Since that time no Conky started from autostart and also manual attempts failed.

After daily dist-upgrades and the function -q in the Conky startup call it is ok again, but also here, like in archlinux, the round corners and the real transparency are gone.
I have not yet found the real cause of the whole dessaster. :8

Re: February 2022 Screenshots

OpenSUSE Leap 15.3 from that screenshot comes with KDE version 5.18.6, I did not check tumbelweed (rolling release).

I see that KDE version 5.23 is advertised as 25 years anniversary one:
https://kde.org/announcements/plasma/5/5.23.0/

Currently latest release is 5.24.1 (15th Feb bugfix release):
https://kde.org/announcements/plasma/5/5.24.1/

I am not sure if any of these links help. I see that Siduction is based on Debian unstable - Sid, which would explaint the behavior I would say. smile

^Thank you.  I know all that  smile
5.18 is really too "old" for me.
siduction has nothing to do with it.  big_smile

It is. I use that font a lot for panels - i3, dwm etc...

Looks good In terminals, too.

Re: February 2022 Screenshots

^ Funny, I just switched to a nature wall as well. Sometimes it's nice to turn the conky off, close the windows and enjoy a nice wall and a subtle panel.

Re: February 2022 Screenshots

Current desktop with Papirus-green icons, JetBrains Mono fonts for Geany and the terminal, and Lilidog-slate for the theme.

I have incorporated a lot of suggestions for new items I have seen posted in the forums.  When I think something will work well, I try to include it for a bit to see if it works in the long run.

I am always open to new ideas:)

^Very nice.
@sleekmason, don't be so fast with your releases, because [beryllium] doesn't keep up.   ]:D
