Looking for Recommendations for Photo Organizer/Editor & Video Editor

I'm looking for a photo organizer/editor and video editor for BL . I've used digiKam and Kdenlive almost exclusively over the past few years on an Arch Plasma build. I really like them but would like to try something different just for fun. Any recommendations on something that is relatively lightweight?

You could try Shotwell.
It has plenty of features - don't know if it fits with"lightweight" though.
