What is the four arrow button on the top bar?

Hello folks, I'm relatively new to Linux and brand new to Bunsenlabs. I was running Lubuntu and then got curious to try Bunsen out and gave it a try this morning. I'm enjoying it so far, but one thing I can't figure out is in the upper left corner there is a button between the app icon and the roll up button, and clicking it alternates arrows out or in.

So... what does it do?

Probably: 'show this one on all desktops' - toggle. ( D: omnipresent (on all desktops).)
