In older releases of BL there was a menu editor, but I can not find one in the Lithium release.
I tried:
Preference --> jgmenu --> Edit Menu Content
and found that the file is a text file. This file looks more like an input file to a program (jgmenu maybe?). It does not look like it is meant to be hand edited.
Is there a menu editor available in Lithium?

@rbh I fixed the link. That is really the best place to go for guidance on editing the menu.
@jjanderson5 That text file is indeed intended to be edited by hand. It's a csv file, and once you get the basic idea it's not difficult.
