When I run manually , except flameshot everything works. I only need to run flameshot with sudo for it to start.
I repeat, don't do that.
Btw, you have flameshot twice inthere. Delete the on in your home.
I wish I had more, but that's it. You could do troubleshooting: disable ALL autostarted apps, then re-enable ...
Or maybe there's a race condition somewhere: again, disable all XDG-autostarted apps and instead put them into bunsen's autostart. That way you have more control, can add a small delay here and there as needed. Don't forget to put an amepersand '&' at the end of each command, and take a good look at the entries that are there already.
Lot's of logging out/in to test.

Thank you @ohnonot.
I honestly don't know what is wrong. I cleaned the config up as much as possible. As everything else (what I need) is working , I am going to mark this thread as resolved.
PS : I only have issues with this machine which is primary. Couple of other machines where I have bunsen installed / upgraded are working great.
Thanks and appreciate the guidance.

Is it solved? Otherwise don't mark it so please.
I only have issues with this machine which is primary. Couple of other machines where I have bunsen installed / upgraded are working great.
Then ask yourself what is the difference between this and the other machines wrt the operating system (it's not a hardware/driver issue for sure).
Have you tried the troubleshooting?
On a wild hunch I would be interested how it goes without the google stuff and snap daemon.
And what is stacer doing in there? That's a Ubuntu thing. Nuke it. How did you even install it?
And why do you even have KDE stuff in there (even if it's not active)? Years ago, KDE stuff could mess up other DEs.
