...perhaps. It might be the drugs and alcohol replacing food and sleep. Tough call. No, definitely the wallpaper...
Well said.

Here @rasat has made an effort to make a respin with FVWM3. Simply CLASS!
I found this so interesting.
I was blown away by the configurability of this window manager. Literally every setting of the desktop is doable.
I set the "bar" to my liking; edited the autostart; enabled compton (since then the background images have disappeared; each image apparently has to have the appropriate resolution).
There I have something to do for the next time...

Still on Archlabs, still on bspwm, using tint2 again now. Running two monitors which is going well, still need to configure this in bspwm correctly in terms of distributing desktops between the two monitors and autodetecting additional monitor on boot.
Upgraded machine from Carbon X1 1st Gen to Thinkpad T480, much more grunt. No more overheating on Google Meet calls.
Wallpaper from http://reddit/r/wallpapers, I'm guessing Norway or Alaska but not really sure :-)

Great! Loving it so far. The install was easy with the AL installer - I got stuck on how to encrypt partitions until I realised I needed to not mount them first (duh) and also there was an error message throwing me off as well - can't remember it now.
No problems setting it up to do whatever I want so far - really starting to appreciate pacman and Aur, which at first seemed weird and scary coming from Debian/apt. Enabling daemons/services via systemctl is becoming second nature. I still haven't worked out how to set systemd events as opposed to chron, and I'm still wranging bpswm for dual monitors... hours of fun.

Really liking DXT2 w/ the Material Black Frost Theme and Black Frost Suru Icon Set.
DXT2 1.2 dropping any minute. This is 1.1
DXT2 has the MX Linux AHS repo enabled for the 5.9.0-0.bpo.5-amd64 kernel.
And I add a few other tools from MX Linux copied from a working setup.
This is a fresh install this morning on the main machine and just might become the daily driver.
Removed jgmenu, nothing against jgmenu. I like the Openbox like right click menu of Xfce.
