Thank you so much for looking!

Nothing is Broken!
All of the (active) settings for Lilidog can be found under Utilities in the menu.
What you found are the settings if you use the pcmanfm desktop (for icons, wallpaper, etc).
If you would prefer to use icons on the desktop, enable __pcmanfm --desktop --profile__ in Lxsession autostart.

Thunar is the default file manager and as such, will be opened under default names like "File Manager" from the Debian menu, which is populated automatically, or with the command
update-menus
in a terminal. Not really a Lilidog issue. The Debian menu is included as an extra only.

Sorry you don't like the rocks.
Feh sets the wallpaper directly in lxsession autostart rather than pointing to ~/.fehbg.
After installation, you may want to change this to
~/.fehbg &
in lxsession autostart for customization purposes, as feh uses this file as default.
For changing the wallpaper afterwards, or for just a temporary change, you can simply right-click from the thunar menu to set the background from an image file. The current wallpapers on the iso are stored in /home/wallpaper.
Edit* I think I can change this to start from ~/.fehbg on startup now. I'll put it on the list.

The standard Debian installer is available on boot. I could add it directly to the live session as well. Sounds like maybe I should add it in? Do most people expect to find an installer in the live session?

Any help is appreciated. I don't even know what might be missing if anything, or how to theme the installer itself. Very much open to help here if you can:)

@johnraff? I haven't done a live-build in years.
In the meantime...

Okie dokie, New images up here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/lilido … /Releases/
Thanks to hhh and johnraff, I was able to get the installer themed, and b43 firmware added to the installer.
The theme for the graphical installer matches Lilidog now, but still needs some work on the logo to be sure.
Not sure if I have missed anything else concerning the installer or not.
