Re: Wallpapers

Could be image proxy or imgur limit of some sort, to workaround delete the first part of url, so without

https://images.weserv.nl/?url=

edit: I do like 404/403 joke thought.
Proxy: 'I Can't Give You What I Don't Have'.
Me: 'I thought you should be caching?'

Still getting the error, but this worked. I didn't even look properly at the url this morning. Still weird though.

^ Well, that is bloody brilliant! Let's include it in Beryllium. We should include a whole sub-folder of yours.

4k (3840x2160) wallpaper deb might be an interesting idea? It should not be the part of the iso imho (due to file sizes).

Great!  Glad you both like it:)

Since I'm posting a reply anyway, this was from today after the snow and ice here in the Ozarks.  Thought it was pretty neat. Unfortunately I was not thinking of backgrounds, but feel free to use it if you want.  My wife gives permission:)
Ice.jpg

I'll star focusing on the aspects for decent backgrounds and see what I can come up with over time.  I know I could go through my wife's photo's right now and find some amazing shots.  Maybe that's the deal. She has a good camera as well.

What is a good resolution for sharing decent shots if I find them?

Re: Wallpapers

^ Bigger the better, can always be scaled down, where as scaling up sucks.

This 4,096px × 3,072px is sweet.

8bit

edit: what there's a need for is backgrounds that span two monitors. Like 3840x1080...

https://www.dualmonitorbackgrounds.com/

these all suck, IMHO, most are too busy.

Excellent! and, I know exactly what you mean about the busy problem.  Basically, you should "want" to see the image when looking, but it should have zero distraction visually from taking care of business otherwise.  Not so easy really.

Okay, Who know what/if I come up with, but I'll try to make it worthwhile anyway:)
