Since Flash has been officially discontinued, would not it be the time to remove that option from the bl-welcome script?

Yes, agreed, thanks for the reminder!
It will be removed with the next upgrade of bunsen-welcome.

Are you talking about yourself?
If it is stil stuck, just exit (Ctrl + C aborts) or close terminal.
Rerun and do not choose yes to install.

Yep, talking about myself. I closed terminal and tried to run bl-welcome again but I got an error and information that I need to run sudo dpkg --configure -a. When I do that it goes to:
Konfigurowanie pakietu avahi-daemon (0.7-4+b1) ...
Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/dbus-org.freedesktop.Avahi.service → /lib/systemd/system/avahi-daemon.service.

First installation detected...
Checking NSS setup...
Konfigurowanie pakietu pepperflashplugin-nonfree (1.8.4) ...
and it is again stuck on it. Can I do anything other than another reinstallation?

Ah, it is still marked for installation.
First thing I try in such situation is starting synaptic. Search for the package.
Can you unmark it?

When I tried to run synaptic it showed me the same information about dpkg as bl-welcome and closed xD Didn't have more patience for it and reinstalled system without blasted flash plugin - so far everything is ok
