Didn't know mopidy was still a thing ... oh, it's alive and kicking. Wow.
Are you using that? I vaguely remember some awesome advantages to mpd... and it's (fully) compatible?

I haven't messed with mopidy much, alas, was just passing along the info because I assumed someone may find it interesting.

I actually use W10 as my main OS on my personal laptop, but I do use WSL2 and mpd/ncmpcpp in there, and it's very slick Maybe I should mess with mopidy a bit.

mopidy itself is not mpd compatible but can be made so through an extension.
