So I booted into my the BL cd and started installation. I had already tried it out on live ISO, decided I liked it, and wiped my entire disk using the automated partitioner.
Upon restarting into the OS, my laptop shows its power light but the screen doesn't start up. I can't access the BIOS, GRUB, or anything. What do I do to recover this?
I am seriously panicking right now.
Edit: It fixed through enter BIOS recovery mode.

Well done, never a nice feeling when that happens... and it does happen to all of us eventually. If you have another laptop with internet connection to research the problem and terminal access then you can fix most things..
Did you get the install working? Or recover to another system?

When installing for first time on hardware, built for windows, it is safest to make an internet search
