Configure Spanish Keyboard

Hello.
I install this linux on IBM T41 laptop.
The keyboard is for spanish language but some keys dont write in spanish as "ñ" and other.
¿How do i configure linux to recognize the sapnish keyboard?.

Terminal:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

move around with arrow keys (scroll lists) and [Tab] [Enter]

1. Keyboard model:
- - Mine not listed: I chose, Generic 105-key PC (intl.)
2. Select keyboard layout - me: Spanish (Latin America)
- - - I chose defaults for the following screens
3. then follow through with the rest.

Logout and come back.  You should be set.
